Opportunities

There are always opportunities at Deckchair Theatre for actors, designers, stage managers, technicians, front of house staff and volunteers.

Please send your CV, and in the case of actors your headshot, to admin@deckchairtheatre.com.au so we can have your information on file next time an opportunity arises.

We hold General Auditions once a year, usually in July, for actors who would like to be considered for roles in future Deckchair seasons. If you would like to be considered for the next round of auditions, please let us know when sending your headshot and CV.

You should also look through the ‘Behind the Curtain’ section of our website for opportunities for emerging artists and for independent theatre companies to engage with Deckchair Theatre through our various programs.
